Le ministre de l’enseignement primaire, secondaire et technique Tony Mwaba a , ce mardi 10 octobre 2023, posé la première pierre de construction d’une bâtisse de deux niveaux qui va abriter la direction de gestion de la communication ( DGC) de ce ministère.
Cette bâtisse s’étendant sur une superficie de 741 mètres carrés sera composé d’une salle de conférence moderne et vingt bureaux.
Sur le plan architectural, le rez-de-chaussée aura huit bureaux, une salle de réception, une salle d’attente avec des installations sanitaires. Et au premier niveau, douze bureaux y compris celui du directeur chef de service. Le deuxième niveau abritera essentiellement une salle de conférence moderne ayant une capacité d’accueil de près deux cents personnes.
Le directeur chef de service de la DGC Jean Jeff Mwanza a rassuré le ministre Tony Mwaba que les travaux de construction prendront fin avant la fin de l’année 2024.
Au cours de son speech, le patron de l’EPST a indiqué que cette initiative est une initiative de la direction générale de la communication du ministère pour améliorer les conditions de travail des agents et cadres.
Le ministre Tony Mwaba a après, toujours ce même mardi 10 octobre, remis quelques fixes et numéros officiels à son cabinet, au secrétariat général, à l’inspection générale et aux directions et services centraux du ministère de l’EPST.
Il sied de souligner qu’en distribuant les téléphones fixes, le ministre Tony Mwaba a dit vouloir mettre fin à une pratique selon laquelle très souvent les animateurs donnent aux usagers ou à tous ceux qui fréquentent le ministère, leurs coordonnées téléphoniques personnelles.
